Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order for apparel printing and what are the price breaks?

Our minimum order for apparel printing is 24 pieces of any one design. Within this 24 shirts, you can have any sizes from S-XL, XXL and larger shirts cost a bit more per unit, XS shirts are only available in select brands.

Price breaks are at 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500 and 5000+ pieces.

Minimum order for colours and apparel styles are a dozen per colour or style. So you can split an order of 24 shirts into two different shirt colours, or you can have 12 tank tops and 12 shirts as part of your 24 piece minimum.  Keep in mind that different apparel styles have different costs, so price adjustments should be expected depending on what styles you order.

Can I order 100 shirts, and have it printed with 2 designs for the same price?

Sadly no. 100 shirts with two designs would be billed as two runs of 50 shirts. Since screen printing involves making screens and setting up printing presses for specific designs, there’s no savings to us to run two designs for the price of one.

What's the deal with setup fees, screen making and all that stuff?

Setup fees, screen making and press setup are a major part of the work we do every day, and thus are billed to the client. We offer free setup for orders over 100 pieces, as the size of the run offsets the time spent setting up the press and making the screens.

Keep in mind that you are paying for the time spent setting up the printing press and preparing the job, as opposed to paying for the cost of producing a printing screen.

Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. When you log in as a “personal” subscriber, you will see a notice regarding your current package and instructions on how to upgrade.
Can I use your themes with WP.com?
Unfortunately WordPress.com does not allow the use of custom themes. If you would like to use a custom theme of any kind, you will need to purchase your own hosting account and install the free software from WordPress.org. If you are looking for great WordPress hosting, we recommend giving HostGator a try.
