PROCESS OVERVIEW:   All our t-shirts, sweatshirts, longsleeves and ladies shirts are all screen printing.  Screen Printing is one of the oldest methods of printing, and has been the standard method of cloth and garment decorating since the Chinese invented in hundreds of years ago.  Screen Printing is a 'per colour' print method, which means for each colour in your design, we need to make a separate printing screen for that colour.  Thus, the more colours in a design, the most the design will cost overall.   Because of this, we divide our printing price list into two catagories;  "Setup" which is the process of separating your art, creating a film which we can then use to make a physical printing screen and determining what colours of ink are to be used; and "Printing" which is the process of printing the actual garment, be it a shirt, longsleeve or sweatshirt.   Setup charges are charged at full price for the initial order, and are halfprice any time you decided to reorder that exact same design.  Printing charges are based on the number of colours to be printed, the number of locations of those prints, and the total number of garments to be printed.
